The phyCARD-M-i.MX35 SOM delivers up to 532 MHz and supports the FreescaleTM i.MX35 family of processors based on the ARM-11 architecture. Due to identical break-out of interface signals per PHYTEC's innovative X-Arc embedded bus standard, the phyCARD-M is compatible with other phyCARD family members making resources available at a single, 100-pin connector including Ethernet, USB, UART, SPI, I2C, audio, SDIO/MMC, GPIO, JTAG, display (LVDS), and more.

The Freescale i.MX35 family of processors based on the ARM-11 provides a perfect balance of performance, power consumption, connectivity, and media capabilities. Delivering up to 532 MHz, processor variants such as the i.MX357 integrate an OpenVG1.1 graphics processing unit and an advanced Image Processing Unit (IPU) to offer smooth textural visuals and updated display capabilities.
