With the phyCORE-AM68x/TDA4Vx, the phyBOARD-Izar has a versatile processor module that was specially developed for industrial applications that require high computing power, complex signal processing and large amounts of data. The combination of high-performance computing, deep learning engine and dedicated accelerators is particularly suitable for industrial environments.

With a wide range of interfaces such as PCIe Gen. 3, USB 3.0 and 2 Gigabit Ethernet, the module is designed for fast data exchange. In addition, functional safety mechanisms ensure reliable and secure functionality, especially in critical systems.

The single board computer can be used in various industries such as the automotive industry for driver assistance systems and autonomous driving, in the agricultural industry for autonomous harvesters and robotic lawnmowers, and in aviation for autonomous drones. The SBC is also suitable for production for autonomous robot arms and in medicine to support operations and image processing.

With an impressive total performance of up to 160 GFLOPS through integrated DSPs and up to 50 GFLOPS GPU performance, the phyBOARD-Izar offers a powerful platform for data processing and analysis. By dynamically visualizing data in 3D rendered images and direct interaction with operators, the board enables intuitive use in various application areas.
