Digital camera module with 2,3 megapixel resolution for direct connection to a microcontroller interface

With the VM-020 series, our global shutter camera modules are available with an even higher resolution of 2,3 MPixel at an extremely attractive price for this technology. They are equipped with onsemi's AR0234 CMOS sensor. The sensor with global shutter is particularly suitable for recording fast-moving objects. A frame rate of 134 in Full HD format enables detailed recording of fast processes.
The camera module is available as a monochrome or color version. The camera board can be supplied in three different housing variants: as a sensor board, with an M12 lens holder or with a C/CS mount bracket.
The wide temperature range and long-term availability enable the design of professional embedded vision solutions.


Easily integrate autofocus

The camera module is optionally available with a driver for Corning Liquid Lenses. The focus of the lens can then be adjusted by software via the I²C interface. An autofocus function can be implemented with a corresponding algorithm.
