Digital camera module with 8,3 megapixel resolution (4Kp60) for direct connection to a MIPI CSI-2 microcontroller interface.
The VM-024 series enables the use of 4k camera modules in industrial environments. This means that not only color images but also high-contrast, high-resolution monochrome images are available in the UHD class.
In conjunction with the new processor modules, which enable fast processing of 4k resolution, new application possibilities for embedded vision systems open up. A frame rate of up to 60 fps and the ability to configure different resolutions via ROI or skip methods make the camera module flexible to use. The wide temperature range and proven long-term availability enable the design of professional embedded vision solutions.
Easily integrate autofocus
As with the VM-020 series, the VM-024 is also available with an optional driver for Corning Liquid Lenses. The focus of the lens can be adjusted using software via the I²C interface. An autofocus function can be implemented using an appropriate algorithm.
